Permanent position

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Telesales Administrator will be responsible generating sales through current and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service and generate sales
  • Be knolwedgeable about our products or the company
  • Be able to identify customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Update and maintain leads on the CRM
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Source key contacts within identified core markets
  • Follow up quotations for conversion to sales


  • Proven experience as an outbound telesales operative or similar role
  • Confiedent telephone manner
  • Sales driven with the ability to achieve set targets and work to KPIs
  • Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organisational skills

Hours 8.30-5 Mon – Fri. Salary basic £17k, OTE £25k
