Office Support (Administration)
Office administrators are involved with the management of work assignments, supervising staff and the management of office supplies and equipment.

A secretary will often support management using a variety of project management, communication & organizational skills. These functions may be entirely carried out to assist one other employee or may be for the benefit of more than one.

Finance jobs will involve the management of money. Accountacy will involve the inspection and and keeping of accounts. Finance managers will often provide financial advice to clients or colleauges.

Human resources jobs will involve the managing of employees at a particular business. Jobs in human resources will most likely carry the roles of training and developing with employees, record keeping, performance management and pay role.

Call Centre
Call centre jobs will require the use of telephones to assist customers with enquiries, or to sell products. Call centre staff will need to be computer literate and confident over the phone.

Management and supervisory
Management and supervisory jobs will involve the overseeing of employees or vital functions of the business.

Sales jobs will involve the selling of goods, products or services to clients or customers. Depending on the job, the sales can be made via telephone or in person.
